Unfortunately this Microsoft tele-sales team does NOT have access to the status of your renewal.
If you have sent in payment to Endeavour Solutions for your renewal (the correct process), you can rest assured that your Dynamics GP will be renewed successfully. Simply ignore these calls/voice mails, or call them back to confirm that you have renewed via your Microsoft Partner, Endeavour Solutions Inc. Please note: if you feel you are being harassed by these agents, please call Endeavour so that we can further build a case to get these calls to stop (Great Plains Dynamics Enhancement Expiration Plan).
