In 2023 Endeavour became an authorized implementation, training and support partner for SylogistGov and their specialized Microsoft Business Central ERP cloud applications. Sylogist brings specialty functions to meet the unique Municipality, Township, County, and City ERP needs for municipalities between 5,000 and 100,000+ citizens.
The Sylogist Cloud platform (Microsoft Business Central cloud-ERP) is recommended to replace Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP using Diamond / Central Square, as well as replacing Serenic Bellamy ERP and other legacy applications. Sylogist, who owns Bellamy ERP, has been rewritten the Bellamy apps for Property Tax, Utilities and Business Licensing into new Microsoft Azure Cloud Modules linked to the Core Financials. The SylogistGov Core Financials are powered by Microsoft Business Central, with unique modifications for fund accounting, reporting dimensions and municipal finance.
Endeavour's 35+ years in ERP implementations and support of Microsoft ERP including extensive Dynamics GP to Business Central upgrades, brings a very strong Finance-centric acumen for helping municipalities modernize their ERP and related systems.
Unlike the Diamond/Central Square model, Sylogist is following a "Partner-led" model, where implementation partners such as Endeavour do both the implementation, training and all of the ongoing support, rather than relying solely on the software company to provide these services.
SylogistGov includes core financials (accounting, budgeting, GL/AP/AR, and transactions), property tax module, utilities module, and Canadian payroll & HR tracking from Sylogist (Serenic NaviPayroll). Additional modules include portals for citizen self-service (Virtual City Hall), e-commerce, 3rd-party fixed assets management, budgeting, and FP&A along with other popular functions.
Legacy source ERP systems include upgrades from current Sylogist - Serenic Bellamy ERP (AS/400) legacy applications, migration from Microsoft Dynamics GP (Diamond/Central Square), and implementation of New Sylogist Gov ERP systems to replace other legacy municipal applications for municipalities with a population of 5,000 to 100,000+.
Bellamy End of Life January 1, 2025 – End of Maintenance. Sustaining mode support will be provided to retain access to the solution and the provider would continue to provide support and regulatory updates. However, general maintenance or bug fixes, billable services or projects would no longer be offered.
