Endeavour Solutions is an authorized CDAP Digital Advisor for the Canada Digital Adoption Program (CDAP). As a Digital Advisor, Endeavour is able to work with you to perform a paid assessment for the creation of a Digital Adoption Plan and Report. Our consultants will guide you through your specific Digital Adoption recommendations, timelines, and estimates.
Boost Your Business Technology Grant: The CDAP Report, along with a copy of the fixed-price Endeavour invoice ($16K pre-paid) can be submitted to the Canadian Government for a 90% reimbursement (up to $15,000) through ISED’s Grant program which is open till 2026.
What you need to know about the CDAP Technology Grant
- Grants are available for, for-profit Canadian organizations with less than 499 full-time employees (or FTE equivalents), and greater than $500K in sales.
- There is an online application process that MUST include an authorized representative with CRA rights or a director/owner of the organization who authenticates using either their personal CRA account or authenticates via a manual phone/email interview process (to prevent fraud)
- The CDAP funds can ONLY be used for the Endeavour Advisory Services needed to create the CDAP report and roadmap. CDAP reimbursement is after the assessment is completed.
- Report format includes Current State Analysis, Future State, Recommendations and Options, Roadmap with timelines and high-level estimates.
4. The CDAP Report that is submitted, must either be vendor neutral (listing no vendors), or vendor inclusive (listing 3 vendor options) for each of the areas of focus.
Primary focus areas includes any combination of
- 1) Financial Systems,
- 2) Process Automation,
- 3) Sales, CRM & Online marketing,
- 4) eCommerce and online Portals,
- 5) Cyber Security
- 6) Cloud Infrastructure
5. Once the CDAP has been approved, clients can choose to apply for a 5-year zero% interest loan from BDC Canada to implement the recommendations. Only services performed after the $$ loan is deposited in the client’s bank account can be used as audit proof for the use of funds. The loan application process is via BDC, $50K to $100K loan for companies over $5M in annual sales and is paid back on a monthly basis over a 5-year period.
Endeavour’s Recommended Process
- CDAP online application, free online Digital Needs Assessment survey, and CDAP approval
- Discuss your vision and pain points with Endeavour to build a proposal and quote up to $16,000 (pre-sales discussion)

- Select Endeavour in the CDAP Marketplace – can only be accessed once your CDAP application is approved
- Approve the Endeavour proposal and pay the invoice prior to the start of the project
- Schedule and participate in discovery meetings, provide systems access, and review preliminary recommendations (approx. 60 hours over 2-4 weeks)

- May include multiple Endeavour consultants depending on areas of expertise to guide you though the process. The assessment will be led by an Endeavour Project Manager
- Review the final CDAP report as written by Endeavour
- Within 90 days of approval, submit CDAP report and paid invoice to CDAP for 90% reimbursement (Est 1-4 weeks)

- TBD – within 6 months. The client may choose to work with BDC to apply for the 0% interest 5-year loan to implement the recommendations.
