2. They did a complex, competitive RFP / Tender and negotiated pricing and terms with Endeavour Solutions on your behalf for ERP Implementation Services.  Your team can now piggy-back and use these terms to accelerate and shorten your procurement process.
3. You do NOT need to issue a new RFP, as the Canoe GPO Tender satisfies the needs of CFTA and provincial trade association practices, though individual municipalities or non-profits may have their own bylaws that further govern the use of Non-profit Group Procurement Organizations.
4. Endeavour Solutions, as a Microsoft and SylogistGov Partner, will also work with your team to procure the required discounted SaaS software to be implemented.
5. NEXT steps, before you issue a PO or go to council for approval, you will need to work with our Endeavour Solutions team to perform a Discovery Assessment to validate the project scope (hours) with the Canoe scope of services, approved ceiling (hourly rate), and any additional terms related to the scope of services.  We also recommend that clients see a demo of the proposed solution to further build comfort and confidence in their purchase.
6. The final step is a PO that lists the Endeavour contract number with Canoe, your team's Member number with Canoe and, if applicable, the Canoe contract number related to the SaaS subscription software purchase via Endeavour.
