We had the most amazing visit from Irasema today - she was with us for 4 hours approximately during which time she took us through the best practices for set up in our files and corrections needed to improve reporting requirements. Her knowledge was first class and was complimented by her superb passion, delivery and customer service skills. She used George to create an updated test environment, where the training was conducted and so we have this new sandbox area to continue with testing on as required. This visit was exactly the kind of help that we needed, at the right time and we thank you for making the changes at such short notice to accommodate us. Job well done. From our side, we will be following up with the changes starting tomorrow morning.
