- Approach all new relationships on a consulting basis. Analyze goals, business flow, strengths, and weaknesses, prior to offering a solution.
- Frequent and clear communication is the cornerstone to client relationships. Whenever possible communication should be written (e-mailed).
- A client manager is assigned to each client. One of the responsibilities is to maintain a positive, forward moving, line of communication with the client contact.
- Maintain a flexible relationship that allows for adjustments to plans as better ideas or unforeseen hurdles arise.
- Respect the need for structure in the form of formal quotes, letters of engagements, project plans, etc.
- Our ultimate goal is to build a level of mutual trust.
