We have Financial Systems subject matter experts in all of the modules that Microsoft licenses under the Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP,  Dynamics 365 for CRM and Office 365 / Cloud banners and every consultant that works on site has earned several Microsoft and business certifications in their subject area. Additional specialized services are offered for our clients in the USA or using ISV Partners or en français

Clients are welcome to purchase a pre-paid bank of hours at a discount. We will not force you into high-cost Systems Assurance support contracts as we've seen with other providers. Contact us today via our Request for Services form (New clients welcome).

Please note: A Consultant will call three times and then leave a Voicemail in response to your support request over a two day period, if there is no response during that time a new support claim will need to be submitted.

Microsoft Dynamics Support Services

We offer a support package called a Bank of Hours that is pre-purchased in increments of 40 or 80 hours and is priced at a reduced rate compared to our standard hourly consulting rate. Clients who purchase a BoH will be given priority service over clients not on a plan. Consideration will be given based on the nature of the request, where critical matters are given further priority.  This is not an assurance program retainer, the BoH can be carried over from month to month and the hours do not expire.

Time and Material is a pay as you go support service that is recommended for infrequent support needs and requests.

Our Remote Systems Support sets up a link allowing our professionals to access your workstation and work with you as you resolve issues. Please note that this remote link can only be initiated by you at your workstation – there is no possibility of security breaches. Begin with a phone call or e-mail to coordinate a meeting time with a consultant to resolve your issue.

The support phone numbers are (905) 542-2139 ext. 340 or (902) 444-7753 ext. 340. Please note: when using phone support, if all support professionals are busy, your call will be sent to the support Voicemail. When a member of the support team returns your call and it is unanswered, they will try again to a maximum of three attempts over a two day period then a new support claim will need to be submitted.

Tip: Email is monitored even when the support professionals are on a call, and your email may be routed to an available representative faster than a phone support request.  We suggest support@endeavoursolutions.ca

Overview
This document contains the minimum client hardware requirements, server recommendations and Terminal Server minimum hardware requirements supported by the Microsoft Dynamics GP Technical Support Team. The following server recommendations are not minimum server requirements. The requirements and recommendations are based on experience with many different installations. Users may need to increase these requirements due to environmental factors to achieve individual performance expectations.   Review each Customer Profile below to determine what profile best fits the user count, modules used and transaction volume for your environment. Use that Customer Profile as a recommendation for your server hardware implementation.

Also, we now recommend a minimum of 16GB of RAM for clients running Dynamics GP and 32-64GB RAM for Management Reporter (MR) if using datamart.
